Refund Policy

At Tŷ Sŵn, I aim to provide services that you’re happy with. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work if something goes wrong.
1. Services

All services will be agreed in writing before work begins, including costs, scope, and deadlines.

Refunds are generally not available once work has started, as time and effort have already been invested.
2. Cancellations

You can cancel a project at any time by letting me know in writing.

If you cancel before work starts, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after work has started, you may be charged for any work already completed.
3. Dissatisfaction with Work

If you’re unhappy with the work, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to fix any issues or make reasonable adjustments.

Refunds may be offered at my discretion in cases where the work cannot be reasonably amended.
4. Digital Products or Downloads

Digital products or downloadable content cannot usually be refunded once sent, unless there’s a technical fault or error.
