Refund Policy

At Tŷ Sŵn, I aim to provide services that you’re happy with. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work if something goes wrong.

1. Services

  • All services will be agreed in writing before work begins, including costs, scope, and deadlines.

  • Refunds are generally not available once work has started, as time and effort have already been invested.

2. Cancellations

  • You can cancel a project at any time by letting me know in writing.

  • If you cancel before work starts, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel after work has started, you may be charged for any work already completed.

3. Dissatisfaction with Work

  • If you’re unhappy with the work, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to fix any issues or make reasonable adjustments.

  • Refunds may be offered at my discretion in cases where the work cannot be reasonably amended.

4. Digital Products or Downloads

  • Digital products or downloadable content cannot usually be refunded once sent, unless there’s a technical fault or error.
