Welcome to Tŷ Sŵn! Here’s the lowdown on how I work so we’re both on the same page.
 

1. Who You’re Working With

It’s just me, Lowri (hi 👋), running Tŷ Sŵn from St. Davids, Pembrokeshire. You can reach me anytime at lowri@tyswn.com.
 

2. Using This Site

Please use this website respectfully—don’t do anything dodgy or harmful. Everything here (words, images, branding) belongs to me unless otherwise stated, so please don’t copy it without asking.
 

3. Working Together

Before we start, we’ll agree in writing on what I’m doing for you, how much it’ll cost, and when it’ll be done.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
I reserve the right to say no to projects that don’t align with my values (for example, anything unlawful or discriminatory).
 

4. Money Stuff

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice unless we agree otherwise.
If payment is late, work may be paused until it’s sorted.
If you cancel, that’s fine—but you’ll still need to pay for any work already completed.
 

5. Keeping It Real

I promise to give you my best work and communicate honestly. I can’t guarantee exact results (like ticket sales or follower counts) because those depend on many things outside my control.
 

6. Links to Other Places

Sometimes I’ll link to other websites—these belong to other people, so I can’t be responsible for what’s on them or how they use your data.
 

7. Updates to These Terms

Things change! If I update these terms, I’ll post the new version here and the date will change at the top.
